By registering for, purchasing, or participating in a Her Escape Collective event, experience, trip, or activity, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration & Payment
Registration is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received. Prices, payment schedules, and inclusions may vary by experience and will be provided at the time of registration.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary by event or experience. Any applicable cancellation terms, refund deadlines, or non-refundable deposits will be clearly communicated before purchase. Certain payments may be non-refundable when Her Escape Collective has made commitments to venues, vendors, transportation providers, or other third parties.

Event Changes
Her Escape Collective reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event schedules, locations, activities, vendors, or other details when circumstances require. If an event must be cancelled by Her Escape Collective, registered participants will be notified and provided with information regarding available options.

Travel & Third-Party Providers
Some experiences may include services provided by independent hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, tour operators, instructors, venues, or other third parties. Her Escape Collective is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, or other circumstances caused by third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Participant Responsibility
Guests are responsible for determining whether an activity or experience is appropriate for them and for following safety instructions and venue policies. Participants are also responsible for their personal belongings during events and trips.

Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during Her Escape Collective experiences and may be used for promotional purposes, including our website and social media. Guests who prefer not to be photographed should notify us before or at the beginning of the event.
